SHIPPING & RETURNS

All items are made to order. Please allow time for the order to be completed.

Orders may take up to 6 weeks to be completed. Availability is not guaranteed; confirmation will be sent upon receiving order.

Expect slight variances between pieces due to the unique processes used.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

STYLIST PULLS / RENTALS

For questions or information on our rental pricing, please send an email to OFFICE@jetpackhomme.com. Note, be prepared to show proper Identification along with card/payment to be held.

Items rented must be returned in the same condition as initially borrowed. Damage and additional cleaning fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
